About Sandy Machson, Principal, What’s Next
Sandy is also engaged in a wide range of consulting and coaching services that focus on growth and transition in individuals and organizations. She has served as the Human Resources executive in a variety of corporate and not-for-profit industries. In her consulting practice, she works with small, growing organizations on human resource planning, talent and career development and organizational infrastructure. Sandy holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester and a Master’s degree in clinical social work from Smith College. She completed the Executive Education Program at Simmons College. She is certified as a professional “Integral” Coach by New Ventures West, a certification program accredited by the International Coaching Federation. In addition, she is experienced in using the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and DiSC assessment instruments. She also uses Enneagram and various career assessment instruments as part of her coaching toolkit.
